Karol Bijoś – project coordinator and senior analyst at Esperis Consulting, Vice President of Political Accountability Foundation dealing with domestic election observation and civic awareness in Poland, author of numerous educational materials for election observers including first e-learning course. Karol worked as short and long term international election observer on missions in Europe organized by ODIHR/OSCE. He is also a non-Resident Fellow at Emerging Futures Institute.
