Dariusz Rafał is a board member at the Emerging Futures Institute and has held management positions in several consulting service providers for over 10 years. He has extensive knowledge and experience in energy markets. Dariusz is a co-author of studies on the nuclear, hydrogen, gas, and oil-fuel sectors. At EFI, Dariusz is responsible for the Running on Empty program.
